The Depoe Bay Townhomes bring 12 new homes to a coastal community along Highway 101 and the Oregon Coast Trail for residents recovering from wildfire impacts. Designed with efficiency, comfort, and community in mind, the homes feature bright, spacious layouts, generous windows, welcoming covered front and back porches with dedicated outdoor storage, and shared outdoor gathering areas. The project site required a geo-hazard review, rammed aggregate pier foundation system, and close coordination with the City of Depoe Bay and ODOT to support long-term resilience.
