Tools & Techniques

We leverage new technologies to design for quality and performance. A new expansion to The Whaler Hotel in Newport, Oregon, includes a post-tension concrete slab. This building technique utilizes steel tendons to strengthen the concrete poured around them, allowing new possibilities when it comes to the building’s design.
