Xiao Ma

Project Designer

Xiao brings a thoughtful and versatile design perspective to OCA, with experience across mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, office, entertainment, and residential projects. Originally from Beijing, China, she enjoys working across different project types and helping shape spaces that are both inspiring and well resolved.

Prior to joining OCA, Xiao worked at Merryman Barnes Architects on the Oregon Convention Center renovations. She currently supports OCA’s work across Oregon and Washington, contributing to design, permitting, and construction documentation for a range of residential, multifamily, and hospitality projects.

Outside of work, Xiao enjoys painting, snowboarding, and photography.
