Randi Lacy

Project Designer

Randi has worked on a wide range of project types across the region—from wineries and high-performance affordable housing to amphitheaters. She brings a passion for integrated project delivery and close coordination during construction, shaped in part by growing up around her family’s construction business, where she was exposed to every phase of the building process, from land acquisition and surveying to zoning, design, construction, and interiors.

Randi has held a variety of leadership roles and has been recognized for creative excellence, including a 2021 AIA Student Design Award for her Master’s Thesis. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, camping, and spending time outdoors.
