With more than two decades of experience in the construction and development industries, Keeley brings a dynamic style of project management, cost control, and meeting deadlines to every project that he is involved with. Keeley’s particular area of expertise is design-build.
As President of Open Concept and Owner of O’Brien & Company, Keeley has always pushed the mission, “to build projects that excite our clients and communities and provide high owner involvement and team integration, allowing the owner to achieve maximum benefit for their construction budget.
With this mission in mind, naturally, Keeley is revolutionizing the building industry through new technology practices such as virtual reality and the design-build delivery model to best serve his clients throughout the Oregon Coast, Oregon Wine Country, Portland, and Central Oregon alike.
