Jeremy Cogdill

Managing Principal

Jeremy approaches projects with the goal of making thoughtful, high-quality design more accessible, regardless of budget or project type. He values diverse teams, shared ambition, and a collaborative process that brings out the strongest ideas. His work is grounded in the belief that design can elevate our experience and create lasting value for clients and communities alike.

Prior to leading OCA, Jeremy spent 10 years at ZGF Architects, where he worked on major civic, institutional, and technology campus projects, including the Port of Portland Headquarters, a U.S. Embassy compound in Sri Lanka, and a range of university projects. That experience shaped his technical foundation, design rigor, and collaborative approach to guiding complex projects.. Today, he brings that same perspective to OCA’s work across hospitality, housing, healthcare, and community-focused projects throughout the Pacific Northwest.
